WOW!!! What an incredible way to kick off the 2023 wedding planning season! After taking a break in 2022 and transitioning ownership, the fun, the creativity and the spirit of Upstate Indie Wedding Show was brought back for our first event of 2023! In case you missed it, we spent an afternoon in the historical gem The Show at Shea’s Seneca in South Buffalo. This nearly century old classic Buffalo landmark cannot be described in words, but really needs to be experienced…I mean-just LOOK at these photos!
Couples entered through the stunning black and gold foyer where they received their swag bag and a complimentary cocktail courtesy of Wandering Spirits. Then they were ushered in the grand lobby that boasts incredible floor to ceiling gilded mirrors, insane chandeliers, and stunning moldings. After checking out the talented wedding pros ranging from bridal salons and custom fine jewelry designers, to handmade stationers to talented photographers and florists, guests checked out the newly designed vintage bar area before proceeding to the massive ballroom. In the ballroom, couples found even MORE wedding pros to check those to do lists off with the most talented creatives in the biz.
To finish our Spring Upstate Indie Wedding Show, we announced the winner of our Grand Prize of an Intimate Wedding Package worth $10,000! We can’t think of a more incredible way to bring back the first of many of our fun events for the year!
