Two Moms With A Love For DIY
“We had a vision, found a cute little camper, and got to work turning it into our Traveling Tipsy Trailer! Now we can bring the fun to you.” Meet the wonders behind the mobile bar, Colleen, and Jill, owners of Loaded Lumber and moms to a combined 9 kids! Both Buffalo natives married to military men. After moving away, decided to come back home to be near family. In 2016, Colleen reached out to Jill and told her she had an idea. Six short weeks later the two started a DIY studio that has morphed into an all-around DIY Paint and Sip experience.
After working on the DIY studio concept for a few months, it became apparent that a mobile option was needed. Soon after they created Loaded Lumber Mobile Studios and the model proved to be a smashing success. In just 3 short years, they scaled their business to produce a low-cost, high yield model for fellow entrepreneurs. Last year, they launched the Buffalo Holiday Market. Can you say chalets?, mulled wine?, shopping?! “Our goal to bring the magic of a European Christmas to Buffalo was realized and the Traveling Tipsy Trailer made her debut. We toasted the town with candy cane mimosas, local craft beer, and mulled wine served out of our little camper and it was a hit!”.
