A Studio That Feels Like a Cozy Friend

From first Zoom chat (or in-person shop visit), Liz makes the entire process feel like planning with your bestie. She’s got a knack for tuning into your personalities, your story, and your wedding vision — then layering in colors, printing styles, paper textures, and personal flourishes that hint at what’s to come. No cookie-cutter here. This is your love in stationery form.

And if you’re not local? No worries — Graphic-Poetry ships worldwide, and phone or video appointments are just as full of warmth and designer magic.

A Story Rooted in Passion

Liz’s paper obsession goes way back. She founded Elizabeth Rose Designs in 2001 — originally a branding/design business — and transitioned into wedding stationery in 2011 while creating invites for her sister. After a decade of nurturing that side hustle, and with encouragement from her husband, she rebranded to Graphic-Poetry in 2018 and launched her gorgeous studio and shop in Hamburg in 2021.

The studio is nestled in a cozy storefront filled with artisanal goods — greeting cards, wax seals, notebooks, pens, gifts — all 80% women-owned brands. It’s the kind of place you’d want to stroll into and just smell the paper.

Liz also brings serious depth — degrees in graphic arts, English poetry (hence the name!), and marketing communication, plus years spent teaching future designers and working with the Niagara Wine Trail. She knows her craft and values, inside and out.

Designed Just for You: Custom & Semi-Custom Options

Graphic-Poetry offers two levels of design to fit your style, timeline, and budget:

Custom Design

This is fully bespoke stationery — Liz works 1-on-1 to craft custom illustrations or motifs that literally represent you. Think engagement invitations, save-the-dates, invites, menus, vow books, signage — assembled and ready-to-mail, plus optional white-glove mailing service.

Collection (Semi-Custom)

Want something luxe but faster? Their semi-custom collections offer elegant, pre-made templates you can personalize — choose colors, fonts, paper, and envelopes. Add-ons like foil, wax seals, or letterpress are available too.

Gorgeous Paper, Gorgeous Process

Your invitations are more than announcements — they’re mood-setters. Graphic-Poetry uses premium printing options like letterpress, foil, embossing, laser-cutting, and luxe papers to create tactile experiences that are unforgettable.

Liz truly guides couples through every step — from etiquette to envelope choices — and even offers assistance with menus, place cards, programs, seating charts, vow books, and signage. She assembles each suite herself... and can even help you mail them, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Stylish Extras to Tie Your Whole Day Together

What makes Graphic-Poetry extra magical is that your designs can be carried across the day. Imagine escort cards, table numbers, menus, ceremony programs — and vow books — that all echo your invite’s style. That consistency is a game-changer for photos and guest experience.

And Liz is always up for pushing the envelope — whether that’s creating custom vow books, wax-seal blushes, or whimsical add-ons like laser cuts and gold foiling.
