For spring 2018, the majority of designers are showing so much love for the unconventional bride! Which we happen to love, because we are all about creating your own traditions! That being said, if you’re more of a traditional bride that’s OK too! There is plenty to love from the 2018 bridal trends, and our fashion shows sure did show some of them off! Delicate Chantilly laces are being replaced with textural and dimensional Guipure laces in wild, beautiful floral patterns as well as intricate geometrics. Shoulders are going bare, with fun capes and capelets to cover up for the ceremony. Another big idea that is definitely sticking around for a while longer are textural, 3-dimensional laces and appliques!
Lovely Bride brought so many incredible wedding gowns to our Spring bridal shows that definitely showcase some of these big ideas. Check out some of our favorites here! Starting with some really romantic gowns that are all about that textured lace!
The other half of the bridal fashion show highlighted some of the most glamorous ball gowns and modern sleek dresses Lovely has to offer. Ball gowns are making a comeback next season, but in new and inventive ways with lots of drama! We just love the intricate lace appliques and unique use of patterned fabric used on some of the fuller styles. Of course, clean and chic styles never go out of style, so the elegant styles for the modern bride are to die for!
