A Nurse with a Dream

Bar Fiore Rochester mobile flower bar is the latest wedding vendor to join the Indie Crew! Owner Jessie Weiss pursued her dreams of opening the only unique mobile flower bar. The bar strives to source 100% locally grown or seasonal blooms. In turn, this allows them to provide some of the highest quality and best selection of flowers available.

After graduating with her nursing degree and working as a travel nurse, she decided to follow her dreams and open up Bar Fiore. She worked on a flower farm where she became certified in floral design and discovered a passion for flowers. It was during this time that her dream of creating the mobile flower bar flourished.

Following the renovation of a 1997 two-horse trailer with the help of friends and family, Bar Fiore began doing pop-ups & rentals in Fall 2020! The flower bar collaborates with other local small businesses and loves seeing them achieve their own dreams. For Jessie, that’s what makes Western New York special.

Flower Bars Make for Exciting Events

Bar Fiore works with each client to discuss their specific needs for every flower bar or wedding floral design work. During the process, they develop a custom package to bring their couple’s vision to life! They can also create custom tags for vases or stickers, curate the flower selection matching the style & taste for the event. They also provide design assistance to create bouquets, flower crowns or wrapping arrangements for the duration of any event.

Weddings are meant for photos, so it makes sense that the florals are on point.
