After graduating with degrees in culinary arts and gaining experience in food, beverage, and hospitality management, they eventually found their home at The Lunch Box — and in 2022, became its proud owners. Since then, they’ve expanded their vision, continuing to serve Buffalo with catering, cafés, and most recently a bakeshop named for their daughter, Lola.
