"The accommodations were outstanding, (right on the beach of the warm, Caribbean Sea!) the meals and drinks were fantastic, and any question we had was answered quickly and thoughtfully. What truly made the trip unforgettable, though, were the staff. They were unbelievably accommodating, warm, pleasant, and genuinely fun to be around, making us feel welcome every single day of our stay. We had a minor glitch and we texted Sally and she contacted the Resort and everything was taken care of. The resort amenities were abundant and there was always something to do (but we mostly just relaxed by the sea and pools). We did spend a couple hours at the Spa and we would highly recommend it. Our departure was perfectly coordinated, with transportation arranged flawlessly so we could relax and enjoy our final moments without any concerns. This was one of the most enjoyable, well-organized trips we have ever taken, and we are incredibly grateful to Sally and the entire resort team for delivering such an exceptional experience.
